Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from NYSTROMSTOCKHOLM.COM. Returned items must be shipped back to NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent used by NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM (Post Nord), or another shipping agent. Before returning the purchased products, we ask you to send an e-mail to NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM (directly to info[AT]nystromstockholm.com, with the subject ‘Returned Order’, including your order number in the e-mail), with a declaration explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM will then send you an e-mail, confirming the receipt of the withdrawal request. It is your responsibility to prove that you exercised your withdrawal right in a proper, timely manner. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
a) a declaration explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly completed and sent to NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM (info[AT]nystromstockholm.com) within fourteen (14) days after receiving the products;
b) the products must not have been used, worn or washed;
c) the returned products must be in their original packaging;
d) the returned products must be delivered to the shipping agent within fourteen (14) days of when you informed NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
e) the products must not be damaged.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM will fully refund the price of the returned purchased products. You will only be charged for the return shipping cost. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions indicated in letters a), d) and e) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated in letters b) and c) of the preceding paragraph. In this case, you may choose to accept a decrease in the refund, of which you will be informed, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or to have the purchased products redelivered to you at your expense. Should you refuse this delivery, NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the decrease in refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
REFUND TIME AND PROCEDURES
After NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted, or, if a decrease in value of the returned products has been detected, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the amount being deducted from the refund. Whatever form of payment you used, the refund procedure will start within fourteen (14) days from when NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
1. purchase by Credit/Debit Card: refund time will depend on the Credit Card company’s policies;
2. payment by PayPal (where available): refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
RETURNING A PACKAGE AND CUSTOMS INFO
Please include your contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number from the shipping agent. NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM suggests that you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the shipping agent, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. If a returned product is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘Returned goods’, to avoid any customs charges.
NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not claimed within fourteen (14) days, NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM reserves the right to charge you a handling fee of SEK 350 to cover return shipping and the shipping carrier’s administrative costs.
