NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM will handle your orders with great care. If the item/items are in stock the dispatch takes place within hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
DOMESTIC
Free standard and trackable delivery up to two (2) KG in Sweden with PostNord, approx. 3-5 business days. Our courier PostNord delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note: Once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Please note: Due to an increased volume of orders during particular sales or holidays, the estimated processing time for orders may be extended. We always do our very best to get all orders out as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL / SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Within Europe (EU)/Schengen; Up to two (2) KG flat shipping rate is SEK 349. Please do not hesitate to send queries to info[AT]nystromstockholm.com if the order exceeds the weight limit.
Non EU countries; Currently NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM do not ship to non-EU/SCHENGEN-countries. However, do not hesitate to send queries to info[AT]nystromstockholm.com and we will do our best to help. In the case of NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM shipping to non-EU/SCHENGEN-countries the shipping rate then are not inclusive of any customs, import duties or taxes that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. If you for any reason want to return the goods NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM can not give a refund of any customs, import duties or taxes paid outside of EU.
INSURANCE
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM to the shipping address. Once your items have been received they are no longer covered by insurance. The customer bears the responsibility for items during returns and exchanges.
DECLINED ITEMS
For all packets that are not picked up or if you at delivery decline to sign for the ordered package, you will be charged an additional fee of SEK 350 excluding from the shipping and return shipping costs. The fee covers the costs of the extra handling and processing fee.
If you change your mind right when the package was sent from us, you must still pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as not picked up and charged accordingly. The shipping costs of sending the order will not be refunded and the return shipping fee will still be deducted.
