NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM will handle your orders with great care. If the item/items are in stock the dispatch takes place within hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
DOMESTIC
Free standard and trackable shipping from SEK 700 and up to two (2) KG in Sweden with PostNord, approx. 3-5 business days. Flat rate of SEK 79 is charged up to SEK 699. Our couriers PostNord or FedEx delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note: Once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your order and/or shipping address.
Please note: Due to an increased volume of orders during particular sales or holidays, the estimated processing time for orders may be extended. We always do our very best to get all orders out as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL AND WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
North America (Canada and the U.S.A.): For shipments with a maximum weight of two (2) kg, the flat shipping fee is SEK 699.
Rest of the World (including EU-countries outside Sweden): For shipments with a maximum weight of two (2) kg, the flat shipping fee is SEK 399. Please note: Due to recent EU packaging regulations, our registration for certain markets is currently in progress. In the meantime, automated checkout and shipping within the EU may experience intermittent disruptions. Nyström Stockholm cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen additional charges, import duties, or taxes that may be levied when the package reaches the destination country. If you for any reason wish to return the goods, Nyström Stockholm cannot refund any customs duties, import fees, or taxes paid outside of the EU.
INSURANCE
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from NYSTRÖM STOCKHOLM to the shipping address. Once your items have been received they are no longer covered by insurance. The customer bears the responsibility for items during returns and exchanges.
UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
Within Sweden: For all packages that are not picked up, or if you refuse to sign for the package upon delivery, you will be charged an additional fee of SEK 350. This fee is charged in addition to the original shipping and return shipping costs to cover extra handling and processing.
All other countries: The same conditions apply as above, but the fee is SEK 600 instead of SEK 350.
If you change your mind right when the package was sent from us, you must still pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as not picked up and charged accordingly. The shipping costs of sending the order will not be refunded and the return shipping fee will still be deducted.
